I love Dani’s classes because she brings an air of tranquility and calm to them, which immediately puts me at ease. She gives clear explanations, not just how to move and breath, but why and the ideas behind it.

Fantastic fantastic kundalini yoga classes and practitioner. I've been doing it for several months now, and each class is different and personalized. Dani is patient and encouraging, offering great explanations and demonstrations of kriyas and their importance and benefit. There's absolutely no pressure to do a pose perfectly" which I love. Have recommended her classes to friends of mine as well."

Danielle is a playful, lighthearted and gentle teacher. She met me where I was and allowed the time I needed to progress. She enjoys teaching active classes and is deeply interested in the lifestyle and philosophical teachings of yoga. She is passionate and cares about using yoga as a tool for personal growth, vitality and mental health.

Open to Change Yoga
I really enjoyed the yoga class with Dani. I’m fairly new to yoga so was worried that I would find the class difficult, which was t the case at all. I found Dani to be so calm and relaxing and the class was a really nice pace. It felt so good to stretch everything out, as I spend a long time sitting in front of a computer for my day job. The class really helped me both physically and mentally, allowing me to switch off from work. It was great to do a live class, rather than just watching a video, as I felt like I was taking part along with real people and felt that sense of community. Overall I would highly recommend, I came away feeling so much better than I had expected and can’t wait to do it again. I’m also planning on getting Dani to do a session with my team at work, as I think the benefits in terms of physical and mental well-being are enormous. Thank you Dani! Xx

Open to Change Yoga
I wouldn't say I was a yoga type of person but having tried Danielle's classes I now wouldn't be without it. It's worth it just for the 'shavasna' permission to totally zone out from hectic life for 5 minutes of the day. But the techniques she teaches really help you to let go of stress throughout the day to day as well. I would heartily recommend!
