Excellent service! So pleased I found Stephen, who sorted out problems with the mechanism of my back door which prevented me from using it. He is very knowledgeable , friendly and professional and charges a fair and reasonable price. He was kind enough to replace my lock at no extra charge, as I'd just moved into the house. Many thanks!

Excellent service by Sarah from Swift. She came out promptly when I had a problem and made me feel safe in my home. I was kept informed while new parts were ordered and my new lock was installed without any fuss. Sarah was polite and efficient and the charge was less than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Swift.

Excellent service, highly recommended! I called Steve after locking my garage keys inside. I arranged for Steve to come out and fix the garage door within a couple of days. Steve replaced the old locks as we only had one key, and it made sense since it was an old lock; getting replacement keys had been an issue with Timpson. Steve did an excellent job; he's a really nice chap, with great communication. He was timely and arrived when he said he would. My wife and I highly recommend Steve and would definitely call upon him again for any lock-related issues. Thank you; very much appreciated.

Steve from Lockswift attended to look at a problem with my uPVC door. Despite the problem not being reproducible upon arrival, he checked the gearbox out anyway and found the likely cause. He then replaced the gearbox and adjusted the door.Steve was very helpful, attended quickly, and reasonably priced. Would happily recommend

Steve and his team could not have been more helpful and accommodating when a deadlock failed on my van. He took the time to talk me through what I needed to order, and was really flexible when the parts were delayed. This was followed by a great job that saved the weekend.I couldn't recommend Swift more! Thanks a million.

Absolutely fantastic service from Steve. He got me into my home, changed the locks, changed the broken door handle and put me in a key safe. Kind and very approachable, great speedy service and a good and very fair price. I would highly recommend.Thank you for helping a stressed and anxious woman.

2 people turned up to change one pair of upvc door handles which had sheared off on one side. Just 2 handles, removed 2 screws. It took ten minutes. They charged me £132 and then reduced to £120 when I was shocked. Callout was £80. Unimpressed.

Very quick service from Steve. Got locked out early morning after walking the dog. Lock broke, one phone call and 30 mins later he's there! Lock fixed and serviced. Happy owner and dog! Thank you so much and I've saved your number to my phone in case it happens again. Great job!
