Expensive parking with no discounts for staff sadly. Lots of open space but can get busy at peak times. Can be noisy when event are being held in the centre. Options for variety of foodstuff but still too many empty units due to high rent prices.

Accessable, various retailer's would be better if their rates were affordable for local vendors.

Right, OK,umm this review is for the car park, NOT the shopping centre. OK? Got that?Firstly it is bright and well laid out, one level on top of another with handy ramps to take you between the levels in you car.Once out of the car there are stairs AND lifts to take you back out to the shops, though you can't fit your car in the lift, so don't try.Seriously DO NOT try and fit your car into the lift. They do want paid for getting your car back but it's relatively cheap so I was cool with it. Though there's no valet service so after paying you need to go and get your car yourself (if you remembered where you parked it, that's always a bonus).Car park is handily close to the shops, bus and railway station. Though if you've brought your car I'm not sure why you'd need a bus or a train (maybe for the wife if the two of you have an argument whilst out shopping)Oh, back to the valet service, seriously if someone takes money and your car keys you've just been robbed. This car park do NOT do valet parking. Will definitely use again when I go back to Inverness (unless I'm going by train.

Here is a classic example of failing high street and thriving out of town choice with free parking. The mall is no longer relevant with the dawn of internet shopping. Other than shelter & warmth there is little to do other than spend money you haven't got !

Practically impossible to get in or out without kerbing an alloy, unless your driving a smart car!

Be warned. If you have a dog, do not drive down and into this car park. There are no signs as you drive in, but once parked, there are no exits that you can use with a dog. Or at least we could not find them.We were trapped. Lifts, stairs all had big signs to say no dogs..We also found the shopping center has this ban also. Not just the shops, but the malls too.You can't even walk out and in where the cars drive in, as this is particularly narrow, dangerous and does have signs prohibiting pedestrians. So you got a dog, don't go there. Shame.

Lovely shopping centre. Not too big and not too small. Hopefully vacancies will fill with great shops!!
