Great service (unfortunately my regular garage couldn’t fit me in at short notice, understandable as my fault I didn’t know my MOT had expired!). Phoned In Town Automotive and left the car with them to fit me in and they did! Great service, updated on what was required and very happy with it all. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend this garage

I was in desperate need to have a tyre replaced. Got there at 5.20 P.M.and expected to be told that they cannot do anything as they close in few minutes. Instead was welcomed by How can I help you." ? I explained that I have to have a new tyre and fitted and ready by 11 A.M next day as we had to attend a Christmas show at the school where our six years old grandchildren -- twins -- were performing. Within 10 minutes the desired tyre was ordered

We are a four car household and I have brought all four cars here for MOT and service. They staff are incredibly courteous and polite and very efficient. They keep me up to date with what’s happening. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, certainly not the dealerships who charge twice as much and are not as good in my opinion.Keep up the good work.
