Fantastic service from Baymow:Neil is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to constantly update you on your car’s status and potential costs. He even made the effort to collect my car as I was unable to drop it due to injury. All of his staff extremely professional too.Highly recommended!

It’s a late review as I did my last service 7 months ago. This is my first time visit. I had my third service for 3 years old car and also changed my front brake pad and brake disc here. Transparent price and details explained by front desk gentleman which I believe is the owner ( or May be not) at the time for collection they showed me how bad the old disc was. I also noticed they put on steering wheel cover ,seat cover and floor sheet for the car to avoid leave any grease or marks by mechanics. Excellent over all. Will come back every year.

I have always found Neil and his team very approachable. I have been getting my 5 series serviced by them for couple of years. Excellent service. Cannot fault them. They could be pricy but worth paying the price when you see the quality of their work. Got my car booked again in next few days to have some work on suspension. I am sure they will get it right again. Thanks

We've been using Baymow for a few years now and the service and quality of work is always perfect. We were a little unsure at first as it was a small premises on a tucked away industrial estate but we have never looked back. It made us realise that when you go to the main dealer and there is the nice perfect workshop and large customer waiting area and everything is made from glass and steel... THAT is what you are paying for! Baymow offers our car the same service at a fraction of the price and that is where I want my money going.Thank youMark
