P***poor customer service despite what others might say. Amazingly, unless you've purchased your electric bike from their overpriced establishment, they won't service it for you. Asinine and egregious wet, woke peasants!

Excellent service. I had a repeated puncture on my tyre (3x in one week) and they fixed it super quick and only charged me for the one inner tube (despite having to use several) and tyre. It was a very reasonable price and friendly staff.
