Very poor service today 13/4/19 at about 5pm. in the petrol shop.Young black girl serving chewing gum with great intensity , at the check out.Sullen no smile or thank you.Far more interested in what she was playing with that the customers.What a surprise usually them are pleasant

Shown as a Castrol stockist on Castrol's website but had zero Castrol branded stock on the shelves. Staff did not know what Castrol branded oil looked like and just said to go to the car stuff aisle

Went to McDonald's had there new double quarter ponder was nice even though I ordered it plain and they didn't make it plain was to far away to return

Lots of parking, BP garage, Subway, and Drive Through Macdonalds. Outdoor seating area and space to exercise my dogs. Thought it might be difficult getting out on to A1 but as it's straight after the roundabout traffic is slow enough to join easily. Petrol slightly above other garage prices so dropped a star but only by 1p per litre so not a problem unless you stop here all the time. Staff in the Subway were very nice.

Not bad if you want petrol but if anyone in the car is dehydrated or hungry you best know that you need to remorgage your house for a meal deal.

I have rarely seen toilets this well maintained, I was so impressed I tool time out to compliment the cleaner who was grateful for the feedback. He said he pride in his job and fair play to him.

Enjoyable visit. Cheap prices for fuel and good facilities.

The guy that works in the subway section of the service station was a real help tonight my boyfriend was working his night shift tonight and when he arrived at the services station as the subway was closing he managed to get him an order and a drink and he even took it out to his vehicle. Excellent customer services thank you

Wanted change to buy air for my car, told can't open the till due to health and safety reasons. Pathetic service. Don't sell tokens for the machines either. Girl on till young, rude and opinionated with little knowledge of what she was talking about. Never go to this service station. Staffed by idiots.
