Wish I could give less than 1 star. Please if your Accident repair company uses this place, refuse and request a different place.My car was returned with a different shade of colour on car door, filler used on a 1 year old car. Ripples in paint and very poor job done. I refused to sign for the job, but they then refused to return my key until I threatened them with the police for blackmail and theft of a motor vehicle.I needed the car for my holiday so I had to take it away, but what terrible workmanship and terrible customer service.

I chose Gower Auto to repair my 3 Series BMW after some idiot drove in to the bank of my pride and joy. I must say i was pleasantly surprised as despite the fact my car was damaged the repair process all went smoothly. My car was back on the road and as good as new within a week. I can't fault the team over at Gower Auto and would highly recommend them.

Contacted for an assessment/quotation on my car after a relatively serious wreck. The damage ended up being too extensive to be worth repairing, but Dan and others from the bodyshop were incredibly helpful and got me the info I needed as soon as possible, as well as signposting a few next steps I could take afterwards. If you want a friendly service, this is the place to go!

I was recommended Gower Auto by my local garage for a repair on my rear bumper. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The standard of work done was excellent, and the price reasonable. Would definitely use again if needed.
