I agree with the last chap!! This used to be brilliant and really helpful chemist attached to the local GP. The oriental chap who seemed to run it at the time was the best but I've no idea why they are so terrible now. They are never open, they don't keep to their opening times as advertised so you can not guarantee that you can collect prescribed pain medication that is given to you so you can live your life with reduced pain.When they were linked with the local GP they were very customer focused and always open, phoned if there was a problem and ready to help.Now I'm lucky if they remember to deliver my weekly medication and then when you arrange for it to be picked up because they have forgotten yet again, they are closed at random times of the day or try to argue that its been delivered them someone potters out saying its still in the back - really terrible to see a once great service go to pot like this. It cant be COVID related?? They always say sorry but that's not the point really is it?? I say hand over to another company if your only in it for the money - let someone else serve our community!!If I could just persuade my GP to send my prescriptions elsewhere id never have to deal with them but I feel like they have trapped me into always experiencing the worst service ever!! My advise - if you have a choice AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, !AVOID!!!!!!

Brilliant pharmacy - all the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to support you and make sure you have your medicines when you need. The staff are excellent - their attention to detail is fab. They always remember their customers names, needs etc and it feels like such a personalised and caring service. I had an emergency today and the staff went out of their way to help me get an emergency prescription. I really appreciate their help and want to say a big thank you to all the staff.

Very standoffish and almost aggressive behaviour. Unsure what happened but will never be going back there.

I did not have a good experience at this pharmacy.The Pharmacist was rude, short, and arrogant.Not only did i leave as poorly as I went in, I also came out feeling belittled and upset.I can only hope the Sunday pharmacist was a temp as I would not feel comfortable going in there again.I write this review to make those in charge aware, and give other patients the chance to avoid a situation to make them feel worse.

Lovely staff and really knowledgable. They are always friendly and very professional.

Absolutely wonderful experience!Came here to pick up my medicine. Waiting time was literally 2 minutes which is quick compared to others. Sarj was particularly polite and extremely helpful. Will be coming back everytime! :)

The chemist is amazing staff and service very professional. They keep you updated, provide great adice, deliver repeat prescrition on time. Every staff member is very helpful and Mohammed your extra special! Thank You
