Great service from start to finish. From in store Georgina was very knowledgeable and supportive of our requirements. Telephone service was also great when enquiring to the store. Delivery was great very courteous and polite delivery team. Will visit again.

I visited the St Helens store & also the Aintree store. Staff were welcoming & knew their stuff! The ‘sleep sound system’ confirmed my choice of a ‘firm’ mattress was right for me. I had an idea of the type of bed, headboard & mattress I was looking for prior to my visit from looking at Benson’s website. However, I soon learned that there were many additional ‘mix & match’ options available.when I visited the stores. Thanks to Benson’s knowledgable staff I ordered a set that exactly matches my requirements with a special offer of 10% discount that was ending that day. I have not received my bed yet but I am confident I will absolutely love it! Thank you Benson’s at St Helens.

We bought our bed from here. It was a really friendly enjoyable experience. The lads were fantastic. We love our bed. It is solid and very well made. Excellent quality.

Georgina at St Helens store was brilliant and would highly recommend going to Bensons. The store is not in a porminent position in the retail park so people forget its there. This is a mistake please visit. No hard sell just good knowledge and great range to choose from. Went with my dad to purchase a new matress for him and my mum. Looking forward to delivery of their new matress.
