After losing my car key and being absolutely stuck, M-lock went out of his way and came to my aid. Very competitive, trust worthy and could not be more helpful. Even offered me a lift and dropped my key off at my house as I had to rush to work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Messaged James saying I'd a problem with my front door lock. Asked if he could have a look first thing the following day. Said he'd be there at 9 as arranged. In the morning, he messaged to say he had an emergency call out & would be there ASAP. He then messaged to tell me he was on his way (only 10 mins later) Came sorted the problem, new barrel installed, door locks lubricated & cleaned up at the end. Faultless first class service.

Great service from Jamie.We had a uPVC door that was not working, he had it open and fully repaired in less than 45 minutes !Very reasonable price and a friendly service too.Definitely recommended!!

Great experience from start to finish. A colleague had a break in over the weekend so I recommend James at M-lock efficient same day service great customer service kept us informed around all aspects of the job recoded the car key so the original stolen key couldn't used again giving us peace of mind. Can't recommend enough!
