Kingsway carpets have done our stairs and landing twice (blame the cats), our office and our bedroom. Good prices and massive range to choose from. Friendly fitters and always super helpful in the shop. Wouldn't use anyone else :)

Great company, when you go in the shop tell them which room and colour idea and they will save you loads if time as they know the books and rills in the shop to match hour requirements and budgets. They offer a free measure service which ensures no mix ups from your own measuring!!!The fitters are really polite and helpful taking up and taking away old carpets and underlay if needed.The fitters arrived on time, worked quickly and kept everything tidy.All in all a great job, great price and done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended thank you.

Neil and his team were really helpful in the shop and honest about costings, they even steered me away from the most expensive carpets which I didn’t really need. The team were very friendly and honest even when I felt frustrated that the doors had been left off and the waste was left for me to clear. However, Neil rang me almost immediately once he knew this and was able to explain why and recommend a joiner to trim to doors at a very reasonable price who also did a fantastic job, Just like the boys. The carpets look clean and fresh and I will be using this service again if I move in future!

I cannot recommend this compony enough, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our carpet. Long story short we had a slight defect in the carpet from the manufacturer and after independent surveys from that supplier, it was deemed a fault so could be swapped. This if you can believe it or not didn't just happen once, but after very professional communication through this company we finally have our dream carpet. Not all projects go exactly to plan in any buisness but its how that buisness deals with the issue is the important thing and this company did just that. They were always there straight away sorting the minor issues we had along the way. Couldn't have asked for better.

We decided to fully remodel our home over a 12-18 month period and Kingsway Carpets were recommended to us by one of our trusted tradesmen for all our flooring needs - carpets, LVT and cushion floor.Neil and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. The range of options was vast but they helped us to narrow down the suitable selections for each of our rooms, even signing up with a new supplier to secure the exact flooring we wanted. The prices were competitive and to ensure we were not hit with the imminent price increases, we paid upfront and they stored the flooring for each room until we were ready.Kingsway offer a full end-to-end service including measuring, rip up and disposal plus the fitters were timely, courteous, tidy and excellent workers.As expected in such a large project, we did have a couple of issues along the way but Neil ensured everything was quickly sorted to our satisfaction. In summary, we’d certainly recommend Kingsway Carpets and would definitely use them again.

Neil and the team at Kingsway Carpets were fantastic, helping us to choose and then fitting LVT in our new extension, serving a number of purposes from kitchen, through utility and into a bathroom. Advice received in store while choosing from a wide and varied selection was appreciated. Sam the fitter then did an excellent job with the installation, and the measuring up was accurate to the very last tile!

Really pleased with my new vinyl flooring - reasonably priced and the whole process from contacting for a quote to having it fitted was very quick. Didn't try and upsell and all staff pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Quick and pleasant response from Joe at Kingsway, promptly came round to quote as agreed. I liked the fact that he answered all my questions with expertise and replied promptly with those 'after thought' questions.The price was very competitive. Fitting of laminate flooring was arranged within a few days. I wasn't there when the fitters arrived but I was informed how good a job they were doing. When I got home I was very impressed with the work they did and the quality of service from start to finish. No hassle whatsoever.Iam now thinking of having the lounge done and will definitely go straight to Kingsway and for any other work I want to have done without sourcing other quotes as I know I'll get great service.Thanks to Joe and the fitters who I didn't meet.The photos don't do it justice as I'm still having work done in the kitchen and hallway.

My name is Mark from Moston. I was very pleased how quickly Kingsway Carpets were able to do a free quote. I phoned them one day, and within a couple of days, they came out, measured up, and fitted carpets in the whole flat for a very good price. They turned up about 9:30am and we're finished by 11:30am. Real professionals. They even let me use the left over carpet to use in the bathroom. Therefore, the carpet in the bathroom didn't cost me anything. Thanks guys.
