Fantastic service. My Vauxhall Astra main key had broken (buttons fell out). Brand new case with new buttons all working perfectly well fitted in less than an hour. Top job

Don't used this storeI have been to your store at white rose shopping centre to cut two different keys, your colleague at shop charged me 8£ for a simple key and 12£ for the second one as he said it was more complex. When I went back to find that the key I paid 12£ wasn't getting into key hole. I went back to shop and explain your that the wasn't working which he said they don't have similar set of key in store to make mine and he ask me to give him my contact details for him to call me later to let me know when they could make the key. One later he called me to said that that was special key that I will have to bring it back for them to take video to their security team to be able to make and he asked me to comeback next day (09/05/2022) and he said I don't have to pay anything extra for it ( if you guys record phone conversation you verify this ). I went back today 09/05/2022 just to find out by supposed store manager that the key will cost me not 12£ that I already paid but 45£ which I demanded refund and the supposed store manager got really disgusting attitude of trying to refund me 8£ when it was clear in receipt that it was 12£. This is extremely disappointing for company like yours to have employees who cannot see the difference between the keys and a store manager who try to embarrass your customers putting in doubt what I was saying like I was lying to him. This is probably the last time I've used your servicesThank you

Went to white rose last week for some shoes sewing , brilliant service by the man who served me. Went again today for exactly the same service, there was 2 people serving ( neither was the one who served me previously) the one today was going to charge me 2 the amount but reluctantly agreed to do it for the same . When i got home I realised that he didn't even sew them, just glued them , and did a bad job at that. Needless to say I will be returning to the store tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting service , they didnt even tell me that they hadn't done what I requested when I picked them up. The person today has no pride in his work whatsoever and shows no respect to customers or to the Timpsons name. Would have given 0 stars but it wouldn't let me post it .

Great keys made and even cut another set after I gave the wrong key to copy. Really appreciated. Darren was a gent and very good at what he does. Very recommended

Just visited this branch to arrange a car key.The man was so ignorant, answering the phone before serving me.I had to walk away.I know most of Timpson staff are ex convicts, no need to bring prison skills to the shop.

Leeds27/Whiterose Shopping center.Wanted a small silver dog disc with my dog's name and surname on one side and first line of my address, postcode and phone number on the other. The gentleman that served me seemed like I'd interrupted his day by asking him to do some work attitude followed by you won't get all that on" before I got to my postcode

Disappointing service. It shouldn't take 3 visits to get a key cut that actually fits. Key one get home it doesn't work, go back to store to explain to guy who cut the key, he makes an adjustment. Get home and yep the key doesn't work. Third time we complain and this time DALTON (not the original guy) listens asked questions looks at the key and informs us the original guy used the wrong blank key so basically the first key was never gonna work! Get home with no faith the key will work but it DOES. Thank you DALTON. The first guy was never interested and it felt like us even taking our business to him was an inconvenience as the second time we went back he was too busy on his mobile to listen to us. The girl trainee has a terrible attitude too so unless i see Dalton i wont be using this place again. To the large guy with the beard maybe you need to think about switching jobs as you clearly hate customers interrupting your day. We were very polite to you but we aren't the only people to review with the same feelings.
