LA Nails

Had a really bad experience its my second time there had my nails done just gel asked for tips to be done didn't like results asked them to be removed and repainted. The owner told me off in front of whole shop quoting you are always moaning this was only my second visit. I have been warned prior not to go there because of his rudeness and bad behaviour. I recommend that you avoid this place. As a grown up women I do not need to be shouted at. There is such thing as customer service and this place lacks it !

Fabulous place, have been going here for over a year to get my nails done. They do a fabulous job and I am well pleased with the nails. Being a qualified nail technician, I am very funny about how my nails look and how they are treated, I can’t fault them

LA nails has been my go to now for the past few years, I regularly get my nails done every 3 -4 weeks. The staff here are very polite and friendly, the staff understand the style I like, and I always get compliments on my nails!

I went to there for first time and they made me absolutely disappointing for what job they had done to my nails I asked the lady to blue and black and show her the picture but she did absolutely different nails for me I please people never go there for even first time absolutely disappointing They charge me 30 pound it is look like the fake nails on my hand I am so disappointing Very shameI asked a lady to do the same as the picture and she did this to my hand lol

Not very happy with our designs me and my friend went in today there nice people don’t get me wrong but the nails are not good they don’t look like the picture on both of our nails and we both wanted square nails n they look like duck shape nails and the “soak off” was them just cutting down and using a plastic nail to remove that could of damaged the nail bed n that cost a tenner alone all they look cheap and flimsy for what they cost and feel like they could snap and break and are painful on my friends because she had a damaged nail bed and asked the lady what she could do to help and the lady just put nail glue straight into the whole it all together £85 pound for 2 sets and a soak off completely waste of money will not being coming back

Extremely poor customer service, expensive mediocrity. Buy the equipment and try yourself for the same price probably do a better job.

A great nail bar is like a great hairdressers, once you find it, you'll never go anywhere else. I've been going here for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. 5star service, lovely people, fantastic nails

I have been going this place since the start of this year and didn’t have any issues to begin. Staff seem nice and friendly etc so that isn’t an issue but the last 3/4 sets of nails I’ve had for £33 have come off within a week! Not even lasted so unfortunately I won’t be returning to this salon as I’ve wasted £33 for my nails to come of in less than a week of me going on holiday
