Had dinner at the restaurant and it was incredible. My husband and I had the seafood platter and we loved it. A great selection of seafood and cooked perfectly. We finished with a lovely coffee and one of the best cheesecakes we've ever had. 12/10 on food and service

We stayed at the Murry Arms Hotel for three nights. The room we had was very good and specious. The hotel is dog friendly we had a dog with us and he was made very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful as were the locals. The food at the hotel was top class. This was our first visit to Orkney and the way we were welcomed will definitely encourage us to return. One of the ferry companies were having problems with there vessels and the staff were trying there hardest to help people who were affected by this.

Had a fabulous seafood lunch here. Unassuming from the front but you need to go here if you like seafood !Hot Scallop salad and half lobster were delicious.

Dog friendly, even in the restaurant! Food was excellent including the tomato soup and the fudge cheesecake. Definitely a must for a delicious meal!

Loved the fresh fresh sea food. Freddie the dog loved all the fuss he got. Room was lovely with a comfy bed. What's not to like? Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t stay here but enjoyed great food and hospitality. As mentioned before the seafood platter is delicious as is the home made ice cream. Lovely friendly welcome from the staff. Excellent

I can't comment on the quality of the hotel; rather, I am referring to the seafood platter I enjoyed. What a huge portion of food! It's not cheap but it's quite good, so show up hungry and enjoy!I got lucky because another party cancelled their reservations just before I arrived. You're best served by reserving a table of your own rather than taking a chance like I did.
