Wilson's carpets are a really easy company to deal with. Their range of flooring is great, they stock high quality carpets at very competitive prices. The staff are helpful but not pushy and the carpet fitters are first class. I never go anywhere else now.

Service was prompt, overcharged but refunded. Prices were higher especially for carpet delivery. Used someone else for the rest of the house as they were much cheaper

Third time I have returned to wilsons having bought 2 lots of carpet and a king-size otterman bed. The staff are amazingly helpful, can't do enough for you. Nothing is rushed, let's face it when buying a bed you need to make sure it's right, so was told to bounce on it , lay on it and roll over. All good fun but very practical. You are given loads of time and advice concerning headboards and fabrics. Yes all beds made to order. Cant praise them enough.Thanks guys.

Store manager was very helpful and honest. Knew her stuff and did not try to 'push' me in any way eg. buying the more expensive carpet when an average priced one would do the job.

I was looking for hard flooring. Wilson’s have a huge range and in addition many are displayed in decent size samples, which makes it much easier to choose. The staff are also very knowledgeable. They also have good fitters available. We don’t go anywhere else now.

If you have a floor fitted in the bathroom you need to ask them before they fit to seal it round the edges so I won't be using Wilson again.
