Wheelchair accessible from street to platform. Staff well trained for providing ramp to train and assistance all round station if required. Disabled toilets on platforms. All platforms accessible via lift and a bridge or a ramp to bridge also to all platforms.Staff are friendly and super helpful.

Was greeted by a very friendly staff member called Jane.I had no clue what to ask for, all I needed was to get to London Heathrow and Jane explained the process and made sure I knew what to do and expect.Really nice lady, professional and nice to talk too.

It was the Peterborough train station while I was waiting for my ride I was lucking capture the gigantic cargo transport machinery. FREIGHTLINER and DB operated machinery keep the carho loved from point A to point B

No joke, one of the most complete train stations I've ever been to- the helpful information displays, very loud announcements, some eateries, convenient sign posted route to city centre, great number of services, 1st class lounge etc

Alhamdulillah, we took the LNER train from Kings Cross to Peterborough since the fare was very competitive. However, at the time of journey we realised that the train was quite old but the cabin and bathroom were net and clean.

LNER - PeterboroughThis is a 5 star station and excellent interchange with plenty of passenger facility's including places to get refreshments , and excellent compliment of staff always on hand to assist .the station has Toilet facilities should one be caught short between trains and they are very clean and smelling fresh all round Peterborough station is a great place to be whilst changing trains
