Not the waitrose quality I expect. Discount product prices are very insulting. I come to waitrose for quality food, not to get slightly cheaper product(still not cheap) that expires on the day. Other supermarket including MS discount heavily on food expires on the day. For people who likes discounted food, the price is not worth the trouble, for people who wants longer lasting food, many time there isn’t a choice for you to specially if you go on Friday or Saturday. I expected more from waitrose

A lot of gaps on the fresh grocery section. Otherwise quietly busy and easy checkout without queueing.A lot of shelves needing attention in fruit and veg as well as bread. Quiet and no queue at checkout. I have not visited for a while but did notice the prices of most goods were increased. Even yellow snickered goods were above other shops normal prices !

Visit this store a couple of times a month and spend hundreds of pounds per visit. The black security guard (old man) follows me and my partner everytime it's getting ridiculous now basically harassment, the last time he actually came running across the store to watch us we confronted him and he became abusive and actually swore at us! Will not be returning to this store ever again.

It's a supermarket so sells most stuff. It's Waitrose so quality is good. It has a car park. It's not normally too full.

Excellent service today I called in to pick up a few things bonus was you had French Mustard which I have not been able to find anywhere!!The lady on the till was very helpful and provided excellent service (it was her first day)Thank you
