Richard has been very kind answering phone calls late in the evening, he also very knowledgeable about so many heating systems that you are assured the problem will be fixed. I would say service beyond excellent!

Really happy with the service from Lewis Boiler Services. I contacted Rich with a fault on my boiler, he came out the same day and fixed the fault within a few hours. He was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. Very happy customer, hot water running and I will be using in the future. Thank you!

Great service, I had a boiler breakdown in Bristol at the worst time of year. It was an old boiler and needed to be replaced. Richard worked over a weekend to do this work and that is much appreciated. Very happy to recommend Lewis Boiler Services Ltd.

Great customer service! Came round today after I phoned yesterday when my boiler stopped working! Boiler fixed in a couple of hours! Very helpful and explained what needed doing simply, priced up before work started so no surprise costs! Even helped fix a leaky radiator on his way out! Thanks again! Definitely recommend and will use again!

The only people to answer the phone! (Messages left with 4 other companies, still no call back from any of them.) Engineer came out the next morning, had the part in his van, fitted it, cleaned the filter that 2 other engineers had previously said was impossible, tidied up and all for a very reasonable amount. Will definitely be using them for servicing and any emergency callout in the future. Thank you!

Had no hot water or heating with a young child! Called Rich after another firm went radio silent. He came out same day, on time, got our hot water and heating working & laid out our options. He wasn’t pushy and talked through each option and what it entailed. We then had Rich back to fit a new boiler and he got it done in record time! Can’t reccomend him enough!!

Fixed gas pipe leak under floorboard. High standard of work and put everything back correctly. Was also friendly and knowledgeable and provided helpful advice relating to the boiler. Work was carried out in a timely manner. When I called on friday evening, they responded quickly and arrived on time on Saturday. Very happy with the work done

Rich was great, took time to explain over the phone what the issue could be on my boiler and managed my expectations on cost (in a nice way!). Great service, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - won’t be going anywhere else! Our Google Heatlink died leaving us with the prospect of no hot water or heating over the weekend. Rich came out at very short notice to install and setup a replacement. While here he also managed to diagnose the cause of an issue we’ve had for several years - one which the last four plumbers we’ve used have been unable to resolve. Very pleased with the service we received, would definitely recommend.

Excellent, fast, and comprehensive service!! Our 10 yr old boiler finally broke down. After being let down by a ‘well known’ local repair service, we called Richard Lewis. With very short notice, he provided the perfect service - responded promptly, provided a formal quote, delivered on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. After discussing options, we decided to have a new boiler installed and now Richard has another loyal customer. Well done and thank you from Mike and Sarah. See you for the service in a year!
