I've been working with Sean for a number of months now and he provides a high level of professional service to us. We contacted Sean via the list of government-approved domestic assessors for an EPC, to find someone in our area. Sean responded immediately to our enquiry and booked an appointment for the following week.We required an EPC for the house in order to be eligible for the BUS grant to have a heat pump fitted in our home. Sean arrived promptly, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He carried out a thorough survey of every room in our house and asked relevant questions to make sure he understood exactly what we needed. He was at the house for around an hour and on leaving said he would call us to discuss the outcome before uploading the EPC to the government website. We were delighted that our home had been awarded an efficiency grade of A and also that the certificate was available on the government website within hours of Sean completing his survey, as promised.I would highly recommend Sean if you are looking for an EPC for your home.
