Multiple cancellations. I have had multiple appointments cancelled last minute by the practice, when attempting to re-schedule there are very few options given and often over 3 months after the original date. I had been waiting 12 months for a check-up which had been cancelled three times by the practice - once because the dentist had gone on holiday and forgotten to inform me in advance. I was called 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel without an apology.There are long wait times for any NHS and check-up appointments. I have waited over a year to schedule a check-up, however when enquiring about cosmetic procedures I was given an appointment within 2 days.I had my appointment cancelled as I was 5 minutes late - I had attempted to call and inform the receptionist that I would be arriving a little late but could not get through. When I arrived to a full waiting room (dentist was clearly already running behind) I was told my appointment had been cancelled. When I then highlighted that I had tried to call I was simply told by the receptionist that she had been on the desk on her own all morning and she had been unable to answer calls.

It is impossible to get through, I drove to practice entered the reception today with my mobile ringing them and they said can we help, I said answer your phones, I'd been trying to get through for 1 and a half hours. Used to be so professional

Always have such a lovely experience with this surgery, have been several times the past few months with no problems. Everyone is very welcoming and make you feel at ease. Always recommend to my friends! :) Thank you so much for being so great!

Turn up on time and then over looked for my appointment resulting in me walking out after half an hourApparently the dentists themselves now do their own admin and had checked me off as having been treated!Registered my concerns about the delay with receptionist who has me shouting NOT and when I refute this with the staff member who contacted me she then stated I also slammed my hand down NOT. Apparently fantasy and drama is part of the curriculum for the staff.I am 60 not 16 and not prone to tantrums.Positive point the response to my walking out acknowledged within an hour.

Been with this Dental Practice since April 2012.Never had a problem. I rate the staff 100%. They're professional, skilful and very pleasant

I went to the dentist today for a white filling. My dentist was a Lithuanian lady. She was absolutely magnificent couldn't rate her highly enough. She kept asking if I was OK and gave me a 10/10 service. Very knowledgeable and sincere. Listened with interest I highly recommend her. Thank you for such a lovely service Tracy Barnett

I'm not sure what has happened to this practice, it used to be really good but has gone completely downhill. My last 5 appointments have been cancelled at the last minute. I need treatment for a number of issues. Yesterday I phoned in with a very loose crown and was told my dentist couldn't see me for almost 1 month. The reception staff sound rushed and moody. Today I have phoned again and they don't even answer the phone. Eventually the line goes dead.

I am writing this review to complain in the strongest possible way concerning the number of times my appointments have been cancelled. I would suggest this surgery to be the most unprofessional and unreliable I have ever dealt with in my life, and as I am aged 57 that is quite a while. Since 2007 they have cancelled 7 appointments, bearing in mind I visit them twice a year I make that about 50%. I am currently scouring the internet to try and find another option. If anyone actually reads these reviews please take my advice and don't bother with this shabby little outfit as you will be most likely wasting your time.

If I could, I would give this zero stars. Reception staff are horrendous!!! Extremely rude!! Completely blank you as your stood at the desk and then proceed to tell you that you've put them off their work when you ask a simple question. I'd be very upset if these 2 girls were the first people to greet my patients as they walk in.
