Palm Reflexology Oriental Massage Shop

I went to Palm Reflexology Oriental Massage Shop twise. The first time I went there I did my nails, pretty simple decor I’d say so I don't really have any remarks other than the fact that my nail polish started to peel off after a few washes.That is why I decided to go for take off today. And after today, I’d never return there. The guy who filed my nails didn't understand English at all and when I wanted to tell him to stop or at least be more careful with the nail file (because he was filing a lot and deep, almost to the bone and it hurt a lot), he couldn't understand me. The receptionist tried to explain but unfortunately without success. On top of that, he rolled a cigarette on the towel that he used for the customers' hands. Very unprofessional and unhygienic place. And no, I didn't even like how the regular polish was applied to my nails.

Excellent quality massage. I have been to a lot of places around London. This is up there with the best of them based on the quality of massage. Simple decor. Good sound quality on the music. Polite service. Good value.

I have nothing but the praise for the Palm. I’ve been their customer for more than six years and have tried majority of the services including the acupuncture which was simply the best I’ve ever had. The staff is always willing to go an extra mile and remember your preferences ( such as the name of your favourite nail-colour etc) making every visit a treasured personal experience. This establishment definitely deserves more than just five stars for their dedication, incredible hard work and care.

The masssge I had by Saori was good but the environment was poor and the woman on reception was casually rude and tactless :demanding pre payment and that it had to be cash. After the massage as I was leaving the shop I thanked the women but was met with disdain . I will not go there again.However Saori was a very capable masseuse ,respectful and friendly.

Massage was ok, but I was uncomfortable with the pile of heavy towels used, which seemed dirty. A clean towel is the basic thing to get right.

Lady at the front desk is a little gruff but I put it down to a language indifference. The gent that tended to my nails is brilliant, well mannered and polite, he did an amazing job on my pedi and my mani looks great.

I’ve been going to palm for the past 9 years, they are phenomenal at massage, I’ve recently been going to Chloe and she is really good and uses firm pressure, however I’ve never had a bad experience , they all highly qualified ans know what they doing

Extremely unprofessional. Such a shame as the shop and location are in a good spot, and tempted me in with what looked like a relaxing atmosphere from the outside. I asked for a shellac manicure and checked the price with them before commencing. £28. Quite standard for Hampstead, so I went with it. I always get the white tip ‘French manicure’ style with shellac but the very rude male manicurist refused to do it saying it wouldn’t look good. I know how it looks because I get the same every time. After some back and forth and him wanting me to choose a colour I didn’t want, I asked to speak to the manager, who was the calmly rude and unfriendly lady on reception. She agreed that what I wanted wouldn’t look good. ‘I didn’t come here to hear your personal preferences on what looks good, I came here for what I want and will not pay for something I don’t want. Can you do the white tip or not?’ Reluctantly and with resentment the treatment continued and granted, he did do a good job of the white tip. However, the cold receptionist / manager / person who should not be allowed to work in customer service charged me £33. Pointing to some fine print on a tacky laminated sheet that says ‘£5 extra for white tip’ and no point did they tell me this. I said ‘word of advice, make it clear to the customer you’re going to charge extra before going ahead.’ I think the English was too advanced and went over her head. Either way, I’m never giving this place my custom again and truly hope they improve their treatment of customers.

I have coming to Palm for some.years now I have always had an excellent quality Thai massage. Simple decor and relaxing environment . Polite service. Good value.
