Really displeased with the service received. Went to view a property in March and put in an immediate offer. Every week they had a different excuse as to getting a response from the landlord on the offer. It's now been over a month and I've totally given up. Calls that were answered were not returned and the agent herself has ignored when I've tried to call directly. Wouldn't recommend using this company.

We had a dilapidations claim made against us, arising from a commercial office tenancy, a full repairing lease.This is a field in which we have had no experience, we were recommended to Paul by a law firm known to us.Together, with his guidance, we worked through the claim and, over a period of some months, we compared our schedule of dilapidations versus that of the landlord’s surveyors.Subsequently, the matter was settled without reaching court and thereby avoiding additional costs.We would comment that Paul’s advice was knowledgeable and insightful.
