Blue Arrow are the best agency in Cambridge. Always give me lots of work, pay on time and have lovely and helpful staff.

Very poor management. Lack of professionalism. No follow through and very disorganised. Do not use this company! We have used many recruitment companies around town for casual staff workers and our experience was awful with Blue arrow. Very unfortunate.

I agree with all the last comments here. I and a lot of people who were working to this agency (for months or even years) never received protection nor furlough during the lockdown from Blue Arrow. Only the employees from the office received it which is extremely unfair. Indeed, we never received any information or support as workers from the agency during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a shame! I strongly recommend considering not working with them after this bad experience of a precarious job with poorly paid, insecure, unprotected, and unable to support their employees.

I have applied to a job I never got it. Instead I got a different job with a lot less money. I left them 2 month ago and asked my p45 about 5 times from 4 different people but they don't care. They are so unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend them even if you were desperate to find a job.

They left Flexible employees without protection during COVID, NO furlough. NO. income. I have been asking for furlough 2 months, being suffering mental health, and I only got vague responses and automatic out from desk" emails. Also they close the office to avoid employees going there to complaint. SHAME agency. Do not work for them."
