Dean was efficient and quick at helping us look for a new mortgage deal. Even after a lot of hassle trying to get our proof together he then worked quickly as we were running out of time to get us a deal. However due to me reducing hours at work no one new would approve our mortgage so we had to go back to our original mortgage lender therefore we didn’t need deans service and after all the work he had previously done for us he did not charge us his fee.Would highly recommend Dean.

After finding a flat Dean then took me through the mortgage application process and submitted my application. Dean has been absolutely fantastic. Being from Northern Ireland originally my wife and I were unsure of the steps in buying a house here in Scotland (there are a few differences in the process). Dean walked us through every step of the process and answered our many questions. He was available at all times of the day to talk too and email.
