I phoned John for a quotation for my garage door and even though he was busy we had a very friendly conversation and I received my quote the next day. I accepted his quote and asked him to proceed. The next day he called to inspect what was required and to take measurement.He phoned to confirm the date he could do the installation and today he arrived on time and installed a new garage door complete with electric motor. The quality of his workmanship and the excellent friendly attitude he showed was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone who needed a new garage door. Fantastic!!!!

First met John in 2011 when he did a great job installing my double electric garage door... well last week the door failed fully open late at night.. I called John, explained that I was in a bit of trouble as the door is now a security issue (with it being open). John kindly moved things around in his diary and turned up first thing next morning to realign and resolve, with him displaying the competence and professionalism I remember from 2011. I called John this afternoon and he sorted my garage door out by dinner time. He was reliable, honest and reasonably priced. He asked for photos before hand which speeded up the process. On arrival he worked quickly and neatly and fixed the door (I had someone else look at it and tell me it was not fixable!) The price was very reasonable. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend - thanks John!

I first met John around 5 years ago when he very efficiently replaced the controller electronics to get my 15-year old Henderson garage door working again. When the venerable Henderson motor finally gave up the ghost a few days ago, he rearranged his already very busy schedule to come out on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas to replace the complete door opener system - again very tidily and efficiently - to get the door working even better than it was before. This is superb customer service - keeping me up to date by e-mail and 'phone of progress and when he was going to arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone with a garage door problem.

Excellent service throughout. John was very helpful at our initial meeting, suggesting colours which would compliment our windows /guttering finish. He even supplied addresses where we could look at some of his previous installations. The price quoted was extremely competitive and we are more than pleased with the finished installation. It looks amazing. He is a very genuine, diligent workman and whilst friendly also professional. We were surprised that no deposit was required. All that was requested was payment on completion. Incredible by any standards, as the majority of companies require a deposit up front. He arrived on time and completed the job as stated. He left everything neat and tidy and explained the mechanisms of the door thoroughly before leaving and advising us to contact him if there were any problems at all. We would not hestitae to recommend his company to anyone who wants a good professional job. Thankyou John.

Our garage door had broken springs resulting in the door being unable to open. A call to John and he was able to give us a quote quickly. He organised coming to fix the door within a few days and he was extremely diligent. The door is now working better than it ever was before. Extremely happy with the workmanship and professionalism.

First class service from John. A cable snapped on my up & over garage door on Monday, spoke to John on Tuesday as the first business I saw who didn't want to sell me a new door and he came to fix it on Wednesday morning. Very, very pleased and would highly recommend.

I recently had a problem with my garage door and thought I was headed down the costly path of having to have a new door fitted. John came out to look at my problem and although he gave me a quote for a new door he suggested that he could fix my problem for far less money. And that is exactly what he did. He ordered the parts there and then and as soon as they arrived he came out bang on the arranged time and fitted the new parts and the frame fascia which were rotten. What a lovely guy he is also.
