I found Angela purely by chance and I am so pleased I did.I’ve been struggling with ankle pain for years, I’ve seen so many other therapists with some improvement but nothing seems to have held. My chiropractor suggested I visit a myofascial anatomy trains practitioner alongside my sessions with him; it has been life changing!Angela checked my full body and corrected everything, my ankle was the least of my problems!She is calm, empathetic, warm and friendly.Her sessions take place in a private room and are around 1hr 45 mins. There was no pain involved but the changes are felt deep inside and also can be seen in the mirror; I stand straighter with ease. My discomfort (in all areas) has reduced dramatically.I feel great and I can highly recommend her.

Angela really helped me with my hip injury I picked up during long distance running. I had been in pain for months and we were able to fix it through the sessions. Angela was also able to help with a tight shoulder that had been a problem for years.I was made to feel really comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend her to people that have been carrying long term issues.
