Staff in omagh store went over and above to check their store for my requirements this morning. Just a simple word of thanks for all their efforts and efficiency in getting me sorted .

Was having a great day taking my wife shopping who is disabled with terminal cancer and in a wheel chair,we used scan and go twice because the trolley isn’t so big for the wheel chair, the second time around we bought all our frozen food etc called at the scan and go to pay and had to have some sort of a check by a member of staff, she was arrogant and treated the both of us as if we were criminals,my wife asked was there something wrong with the terminal and should we go through the normal till, after being mostly ignored the girl just said ‘ if you want!’ …I have been stopped a few times going through scan and go and it makes it not a very convenient way to shop but yesterday was disgusting and it made my wife very upset, especially after spending over £500 in your store.I doubt very much we will go again.

I have been shopping here for a long time and spend alot of money at the store on 3 occasions I have experienced rudeness from a young female with long brown/black straight hair and glasses from the self service payout to the ciggerette counter, she is so rude if you ask for assistance when scanning she rolls her eyes about tuts and mutters something under her breath and makes you feel stupid and as if you shouldn't ask her a question, well what is she there for. I couldn't be bothered with this, asda has gone down hill, I shall not be back, staff in lidl know how to care for their customers. If asda don't do something about this young womans attitude they will loose more customers.

Shopping yesterday with my three year old Granddaughter who needed to use the toilet. These were filthy dirty .Even my three year old Granddaughter commented on the dirt of them.It was a very unpleasant experience and hopefully the need will never arise again to use your toilets.

Hateful wee store where staff's lack of initiative and common sense is glaringly obvious and will clearly get them far in life. Tried to buy one Lemsip drink packet (which are scarce in chemists right now) for flu and was denied because I didn't have ID (I'm 24, and was even wearing my work uniform of a well known business.) She then followed me, which made me very uncomfortable, and created an issue out if it when I tried to go to an older server who looked like they had sense, and who was about to serve me, until this young girl followed me and caused an issue.Never coming back. Literally the only store in Omagh that has staff so idiotic as to try and ID for common flu medication whereas you could easily get it in a chemist no questions asked.

I went into Asda Omagh for the first time in over a year after being in Europe. The first thing that shocked me was that not one type of fruit or vegetable was loose, absolutely everything was packed or double packed in plastic. Are you completely unaware of what is happening to our environment and have no ethics at all? On top of that the shelves were half empty. I bought some sea bass and when I opened it at home the smell was horrendous, like bad meat, not fresh fish, though the fish itself did not look bad. I could not understand this anomaly so I took the packaging out of the bin to investigate…sell by date ok. Then saw ‘packed’ in Grimsby so where did it come from?….Vietnam!!! Farmed fish under conditions I would not like to see and I am sure the food they were fed made the fish smell so bad. Again bringing in food from so far, how environmentally unfriendly, but it was my fault as I did not check the package prior to purchase. This is the last time I shop with you and I know your reply will be automated as in all your replies to negative comments……I am not ‘reaching out to you’ I am complaining!!!!

I am a customer of omagh asda ,I like to shop there but recently the queue going to the store is putting me off going it seems to be that the filter light turning into asda/ mc Donald's has been changed because of the volume of traffic going to Mcdonalds drive through, it is very inconvenient to shop there now, what a pity!!!

This seems to be a regular occurrence at Asda Omagh. Would give 5 stars if the chicken was better quality and wasn't in damaged packaging half the time.
