We6ll I bought some, and it turned out to be faulty, and I was even given the courtesy to exchange it for a working one. Ridiculous.

They charge us £230 for 17kg lamb Qurbani. On the booking time they told us price will be £200 and lamb meat will be over 20kg but actual price and weight was totally different. Please don't buy Qurbani from them

I am very disappointed with this stores’ customer service. The man at the till added on £7 extra to the bill! And when I checked the receipt and asked why the price on the receipt was not matching the products I bought, the man did not even apologise for his mistake! He casually just said to put my card back in and that I will receive the money back.A simple sorry was not going to harm him and shows bad customer service. It was his fault and mistake but his ego clearly stopped him from simply apologising.I came to this shop for the first time and the experience was shocking! I am never returning again ! Fix your attitude before you open a shop! I’m very disappointed you have lost a whole load of customers now.

Excellent quality fruit and vegetable better than most supermarkets. It's got all the essentials and variety of products from different regions around the world. I go there regularly and I plan on popping on again later today and maybe tomorrow as well

It's no good, really , not benefits except it's proximity and there other better shops like home bargains nearby so not even that it's embarrassing.

Rude owners never found them helpfull at all,what a shame shop is just next to my home but will never ever visit again.3 times more expensive things than other grocery stores, rotten veggies and always charging extra.wrong pricing. Pickle jar labels are discoloured as if they were in sun for a long time they don't know how to run a buisness at all i honestly dont even want to give 1 star. I'm sure other 5 start reviews are from their own family as there is nothing which is worth 5 stars.
