If I could I wouldn’t give a star at all we have waited since December for a new bed for it to be pushed back and pushed back to be told oh it’s the suppliers that haven’t got it certainly won’t be going back and August at earliest isn’t acceptable

Great experience...good sofas

Such an amazing experience for our first time at Fabb Furniture Swindon!! Thank you to sarah and John for there help! Canr wait to get our table! Will definitely be back when we need more furniture!

I was a bit scared about all the bad reviews but luckily we had a good experience from start to finish. In-store the staff was very friendly and helpful, they took the time to speak with us and we chose a sofa bed. They double checked all details with us (twice!) before submitting the paperwork and confirmed time frames save any unforeseen circumstances. Sofa arrived in 3 months, as promised, and the depot called to arrange delivery. The delivery staff coul not have been nicer, really good personable people. Made sure the sofa could fit through the door and took care not to cause any damage to the house during delivery. They placed the sofa where we wanted and took away all he packaging. The sofa is really good quality, and has good back support. The bed part comes out easily and is not difficult to put back in. The fabric is soft and just the colour we ordered. Really excellent service all round. Will recommend.

Ordered 6weeks ago to be told another 2 weeks to then be told another 2 weeks … head office staff rude script talking and won’t refund so I can purchase from else where . sadly now going through trading standards … I don’t like leaving bad reviews as things do happen out of control but this is lies on lies from the start
