Heath Electrical Services - Edinburgh

I was charged without a service taking place and refused a refund. I booked Heath Electrical due to highly rated reviews. I was told an electrician would visit the house to investigate the problem I was having. After a booking was made, they did not arrive and cancelled well after the booked time slot. This happened twice before they finally arrived. I explained the problem to the electrician who was very friendly. After around half an hour, he said he could not find what the issue was and he would unfortunately have to leave and ask a more experienced electrician to come later that day. Nobody came. I booked with them again and nobody came. As this was the 3rd time nobody came after a booking, the receptionist was very apologetic and assured me that they would not miss my next booking. I booked a fourth and final time and again nobody came. They only apologise when I call asking where the electricians are. I asked for a refund as I wanted to avoid wasting more time and I was told no refund would be given to me since they did in fact visit. Very disappointed with the service. I assume from such good reviews that most others had positive experiences and I hope all those that book in future have better luck than us.
