Healthcare Matters Stairlifts

I am so glad I found this company (although I wish it had been sooner!!) I didn't have anywhere near the budget for a new stairlift and didn't get any joy getting a reconditioned one from the larger companies that covered my area in time so I turned to a well-known auction site and picked up a bargain with the thought that my Dad and brother could remove it and reinstall it themselves for me... turns out it's not as easy as it looks!!They really struggled to remove it so I thought I would Google stairlift engineers near me" and Bingo! up popped 'Healthcare Matters'! I gave them a call and explained the predicament I found myself in and the engineer called me almost straight away.. he was extremely knowledgable & friendly and we arranged a visit for the next morning. He arrived promptly and he was so lovely and understanding and was able to book in the installation for a few days afterwards (according to my requirements). The price quoted was extremely reasonable (much less than I was expecting tbh!) and it was the price I paid.. no fuss
