Nice pets at home. Has most the thing you could want. On my experience the staff seemed a bit busy and it was hard to find assistance but overall the service from them was good. Has a vetinary service on site which is handy. Parking is easy and close by.

Large store with everything you could be after, good size park car but the store is within walking distance of the town centre.Friendly staff and store is tidy and well laid out.Got some rabbit nuggets for our little guy, he absolutely loves their own brand, not so keen on the more expensive gourmet nuggets.

Went here to get everything we needed for our new rescue kitty, Charley was super helpful with explaining the loyalty card system and helped me set up everything, earning me over £20 in discounts! The store it's self is great. The staff amazing they can't do enough to help. Very friendly place. Just don't rely on getting everything you want. It is very busy and they sell out quickly.Word of advice the vets there are not as good. I took my car there in an emergency. Yeah they initially helped.But I couldn't get my hands on money immediately so the vet stopped treatment. My cat did die.

For the vets team, they made a vaccination for my pupies without saying that there is another option, another vaccine that you do not have to be exactly at 4 weeks they just did the vaccine without giving me the chance to chose which one I want for my puppies, not everyone has the time to come exactly after 4 weeks to have the second one done so now 155£ down the drain . Thanks for nothing.... I wish I have been told about the options so I can pick which one is best, I got a life I can't be exactly after 4 weeks on the dot things happen that you can't control.

Brought fish from there in Aylesbury store they have no idea what there doing they had fish under treatment for over a month / cat fish I brought 6 blue neons and 2 cat fish from there after they had treatment well my tank got the fungus from the cat fish and well I had two pay for the treatment even low I explained what had happened they just saw £££ signs I shouldn't off had two pay for treatment even low when I went back two get it that same tank went back into treatment so wasn't vary happy plus they sold me something for it but they didn't tell me I had two by first ad treatment two go with it well the treatment didn't work and iv now got no fish and a very clean tank ready for new fish from a different fish supplier after I had two deep clean tank

Very nice shop for pets. Everything there you could wish for. I am removing an elderly cat. Perfect foe all her needs.

Very kind staff, always keen to help. Excellent veterinary services. Great opening hours too.Lots of stock to choose from.
