Have had three rooms in my flat done by tapi, always a great service and great results

Second time we have used Tapi and even more delighted than the first time. I think I might love my new carpet more than my husband

Delighted with my new stair carpet. Fantastic in store service from Streatham store. Brilliant fitters. Did a lovely fast, clean job. Left the place spotless, friendly and helpful.

Whilst we haven’t yet had our carpets fitted, we wanted to mention the excellent customer service we’ve received so far from Tapi in Streatham.Matt and Elaine have been extremely helpful. Matt very kindly have an estimation on the cost of the carpets based on our room sizes and the price brackets we were looking at. Having selected a few in store, he followed up with a further email giving a more precise indication. Which was really helpful!Every time we’ve been into store they’ve been extremely helpful but not too salesy and they’ve been extremely responsive on the phone, always calling back if not available when I call.Hoping to have the carpets fitted in the next few weeks.

The staff in-store at Streatham were all really friendly and helpful, and took their time to make sure we made the right choice. And Rohit did a great job of fitting, and was really thoughtful. All turned around in our time frame, delighted!

We really like the carpet we got from Tapi. Staff were knowledgeable and panka dahiya and his team were experts in their field when it came to fitting doing an impeccable job.

We had two bedrooms, hallway and the stairs done today and I’m so pleased with the result. The fitters that came were on time, really efficient, fitted the carpet beautifully and were friendly and polite. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Excellent service all round. Alec who did the home visit, Elaine at the Streatham store, and Rohit the fitter… all excellent. Very happy customer.
