Whoever answers the phone reacts immediately to any issues and CALLS BACK!It seems unfair to single out just one person but Sian Wright is the Sales Progressor. This job entails keeping in touch with the solicitors, seller and buyer, making sure the sale is progressing as expected and chasing where necessary.She has always been on top of things and often knew the answer before I had fully explained any problem. Without doubt she has expedited my sale.She is very knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and is to be commended.
