I was impressed with the competitive prices and quick delivery. I got most of my items. I got a refund for items they did not have in stock but did not which items until I saw my invoice when goods arrived. They should inform clients of what they don't have in stock before goods are dispatched. Either than that happy with my order.

Useless, still waiting for the majority of my order or a refund after 3 weeks. Glad I don't trust suppliers with big orders straight off the bat. Never again!

The delivery was delayed due to current circumstances but my email requesting an eta received a swift & friendly response. On receipt one box had been dropped so all the bags within were broken open, hardly their fault but perhaps something of note for the future. In all good value, good service and will happily be ordering from you again.

WARNING!!!...DO NOT USE!!!You will lose your moneyI have been in business for 40 years...and I have been ripped off for the first time in my life...i found MX on line and although I had a large £1600 order I thought I would try a test" order firstI registered with the company & got an mail welcoming me....then I purchased 15 hand saws which I got an email saying my payment has been processed & someone will contact me with the tracking number.That was 10 days ago....nothing.All my phone calls are eventually answered with "my colleague isn't in today can I take your number & email address "Which I have given each time...no one replies.To date I have received nothingDO NOT USE"

I had placed an order which arrived on time so was happy with that but some items were missing. I called customer services and was told I would receive a call back but never received one. I contacted them 6 times with no response worse customer service experience ever will never order from them again

Delivery was efficient but maybe a little too efficient as over half of my stock has arrived damaged! I’ve emailed MX twice and phoned several times to a dead line that gets cut off. I have used this phone number successfully in the last two weeks so I know it can connect. Poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.

Terrible. Twice I put an order through their website made payment. After about 2 weeks each time they cancelled the order. Waste of time trying to order from them.

Don’t use this company 6 days now I have been waiting to place an order. And I get the same person on the line saying “sorry none ofOur sales team are available give me your number and we will call you back. Well don’t hold your breath for the call back “ obviously the sales team are not busy dealing with other customers as I’m sitting here still waiting for a call back. Thank god I never ordered with them as the reviews are really bad. Useless company.

Placed a very large order, only to be told 2 weeks later that half of the items were out of stock. It is beyond me why they would not just update the stock inventory on their website regularly, rather than calling me back 2 weeks later. I would have expected to have received the order by then. Very unprofessional.
