Stratstone MINI Derby

I am really delighted to have my new car. But before I pick up my car they suddenly told me that there is some problem on my car and need to fix. They told me I can take the car back to them and fix whenever I want. So I just pick up my car that day, after that day, I contact people try to fix my car. But no one responds for a week, so I contact again and they said they will call me back, but they didn’t. And now it’s been two months after, still, no one replied to my call. They didn’t even reply my email. Don’t ever buy car here again, I got a very bad shopping experience.

Back in May 2023, I visited Stratstone Mini in Derby and wanted to know what my options were in terms of part exchanging my Mini Cooper. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe Douglas who was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable in finding me a great deal on a new Mini Cooper with a similar specification to the one that I was part exchanging.I recently collected my Mini Cooper and I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Stratstone Mini Derby. Chloe is a great asset to the sales team. The sale and handover process in which she provided was very smooth and efficient. Chloe constantly kept me up to date and was more than happy to answer any queries or questions. The little gift Chloe provided during the handover was also an added touch.I love my new Mini adventure and would highly recommend Stratstone Mini Derby if you’re looking at purchasing a Mini.

I was in desperate need of a car as mine had broken and had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca on Sunday, she was amazing and super helpful, luckily the car I was interested in was on site. Rebecca sorted me a test drive the same day and managed to get the car ready for me to collect on the coming Wednesday! We had our MINI Countryman booked in with the service team for repairs - we couldn’t recommend Stratstone Derby enough! From dropping our car off, to collecting it again everyone was fantastic - namely Lewis, Jessica and the ladies on the front desk. The repairs took longer than expected but we were kept updated throughout and we’re so pleased and impressed with the quality of repairs!Thank you.

I'd like to thank Rebecca for the excellent customer service she gave whilst buying my new mini. From start to finish Rebecca made sure I was kept up to date with everything that was happening. The car I bought was from another showroom but was quickly brought over to Derby. When I arrived to pick my car up it was decorated with a large red bow, it's the little things that made such a difference. I would highly recommend Stratstone as all the staff were very polite and welcoming.

Picked up my new Mini Countryman today from Stratstone Mini Derby and couldn’t be happier! Was looked after by Tim Spencer after having dealt with Sam Fearn for the initial order. Tim was extremely helpful and understanding after I experienced some ‘technical’ difficulties with my bank and phone! He was patient and understanding which put me at ease under the circumstances. Could not fault the service I have received from Tim, Sam and the dealership. Would highly recommend.
