I've had nothing but good experiences over the year's, all GPs are very knowledgeable & helpful, the telephone call at 8am needs to be one the dot to get an appointment, the Nurses and reception are great too, car park gets very busy in the mornings

This is a great medical practice as I have moved from the area I would like to share my experience of this surgery. Dr Fleming you are a gem and very efficient as well as a good listener. I'll miss you Karen Mitchell (asthma clinic) having my check ups as well as catching up with our wee chats. The staff here are wonderful and it can't be easy with all they have to put up with daily. Hats off to you all.

The high performance ratings I have issued on patient satisfaction is very much to with my surgerys performance over the last two year. My satisfaction comes mainly from questions or symptoms where i can see or consult with one specific doctor , which allows the continuity of my care , especially, given I am a patient with complex health issues. Thus leading to patient satisfaction.

Couldn't make a pre-registration appointment back in November 2017. Rung them and explained and said I will register in the future. Made an appointment on the 23rd March 2018 to register urgently as I needed to see someone to arrange medication and I had an appointment booked but received a letter today saying that because I didn't attend November's appointment, I wouldn't be able to attend the practice at all. Rung them to ask why and explained I did ring up and was told Our records don't show that".I am in serious need to see a doctor and because of a mistake on their side

This is by far one of the best medical practices I know you can always get an appointment and you can request the doctor you want and also telephone consultations are fabulous. I generally tend to see one doctor so that the continuity of care is there she is a fabulous doctor and has helped my immensely over the years. All in all great practice.

I have NHS treatment and of work for week.I phone the Erskine doctors practice today for sickness line for my second week of work and they couldn't arrange a doctor call back and asked me to call them tomorrow?My partner has injured his back over the weekend and again after calling the Erskine practice to be advised of the injury the receptionist said they can't arrange appointment or call back and to call tomorrow?I am very disappointed with the service

The waiting time, for me and my son, is always at least 1 hour! People who come after us in the waiting room, enter after about 5 minutes, maximum, but, for us, because we are not Scottish, I suppose, the wait is 1 hour or more!The professional competence of some doctors raises big questions, the fact that they do not refer you, to be consulted by a specialist, when situations ask that, and they consider enough just looking at you,without any tests, they know what is wrong with you, it is a very big problem of these doctors!Them mistake almost cost me my life!

Would've given a minus score if I could've. Surgery has gone so far downhill it used to excellent but alas no more. Am leaving with immediate effect to avoid the stress with monthly prescriptions and dealing with the admin staff who can't seem to get it right. Will be an absolute shame to leave as Dr Fleming is an excellent dr but even he isn't enough to retain me anymore.

One of the Erskine receptionists has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. Went to drop my Dads prescription off but went to the wrong bit, the other receptionist told me to phone due to covid, fair one! Phoned the Erskine one and her attitude was stinking! I had to tell her to stop shouting at me. I did make a mistake and went to the wrong desk but to get a barrage of abuse over the phone from a clinic receptionist like that is unacceptable. Its the first and last time I'll ever go to that practice due to the degree of unprofessionalism that was shown today.

Been a patient here for over a decade since moving from the terrible Taybank (at the time anyway).Besides 1 almost surly nurse last week (not one of the two I've seen before), have had otherwise consistently positive experiences, managing to get appointments quickly and from receptionists through to various doctors, all been understanding and helpful. I hope this level of care manages to continue
