I’ve been a PureMaison customer for nearly five years since moving to Cheshire. I’ve been really happy with the service and flexibility during this time. I’ve had virtually the same team throughout and through lockdown have had the chance to meet them - at a distance. Would highly recommend for service and value and quality of work.

The service Pure Maison has provided has been second to none. There is always someone at the end of the phone and they aim to accommodate in any way they can. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

No hotel folds on toilet roll can make up for the fact that this company is very over priced and does not provide good value for money. Unable to complete two medium sized bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, hall, stairway, landing, kitchen diner, and living room, with two people in one hour. Always one or two missed sides and I always found possessions moved and not replaced in their usual places - maybe a bit OCD of me! Would give less than two stars but what they did do was good. For £60 for two man hours, I would expect a lot more.

I have used PureMaison for several years. They are totally reliable, the cleaners always turn up at expected time, if a problem they always contact you. In all years that I have used PureMaison I have been totally happy with the quality of cleaning. Plus the personnel they employ are friendly but always professional. I would highly recommend this services.

I've had 2 cleans done now, and I must say I'm very pleased. The ladies are professional and thorough, and nothing is too much trouble. They arrive, and just get on with it. Lovely team too!

Never been more grateful than I am to the Clean Team! Both me and my husband have severe ADHD and that leads us to be incredibly disorganised and messy. With three cats, the situation often gets out of hand!Luckily the lovely ladies of Pure Maison are always there to help in a non judgemental and practical way!From the very first cleaning we had an honest conversation about our requirements and how they could help us tidy up the house in a way that allowed us to keep it nice in between visits and we have definitely seen the benefits.The ladies are incredibly friendly and I’m always happy to chat with them when I’m free.It’s the best cleaning service I’ve ever tried here in Cheshire and they deserve all the praise.Keep it up with the good work!Eva xx

PureMaison started off well in my home, but have noticed issues more recently.The issues were:- a hot plate left ON after the switch was cleaned, huge fire risk- bathroom tap left very loose leaving it currently unusable and denial from the company regarding this- shower door taken off hinge while cleaning the bottom of the tray, had to refit, dangerous as could have fallen and smashed had I not noticed before using it- shower plughole cover broken as now not slotting into the plug hole as it did prior to the previous cleaning- floor cleaning fluid not diluted properly as had a few near misses with slips following their clean for the first few daysThe areas cleaned were done well but these safety issues and denial of issues concern me and so would not recommend.

From first contact through until now, we have had continuous great service by lovely and very helpful team. We would highly recommend PureMaison, they are a joy to deal with and deliver an extremely professional service.

Totally heartbroken my elderly mother of 86 is and I am seething. Pure Maison came and did a great job at first. I actually stood talking to them and the work they did was very good. We told them to do what an hour would fit in and it was more than enough. Then month later 2 different girls came and did the job . My old mum got worried about finances and was going to cancel them but I talked her back into keeping them on as i said i would her her woth finances.. So the next visit was due 1 month later and no show on the day and my mum when they are due always goes out into the conservatory and closes the doors. She does smoke but always moved out of the girls way until they were ready to go. The girls didn't show up so mum called them to see where they were and was told sorry we have some sicknesses so short. So said we will try to fit you in next week. 2 days later they called mum saying next Wed 2.30 we can come and sorry for this week. So mum said ok no problem and waited again. Moves out from living room. Moves everything out ready and no show again. My mum called them today after 40 mins asking when they are coming and is told sorry I should have called you this morning but forgot. Sorry but we cannot clean your house again the girls don't want to come because you smoke and one is asthmatic. I called to get explanation and was abruptly told yes that's right sorry we can't see it working moving forward. Strangely when I hired Pure Maison I told them mum was a smoker and the girls came twice and never said a word, then sickness no show then we can't do it .at all .i think to treat an 86 year old that way is appalling. You really let yourself down Pure Maison. I appreciate people don't like smoking. I hate it too but cleaners should be prepared to go in properties where there are worse than smoking and if you visit twice then you should be making it clear and at least let an old woman know where she stands. Personally it's a rubbish excuse . Really disappointing as far as customer service is concerned. The clean was good they were lovely 2 girls that first came and nobody mentioned the smoke. I was told also my mum smoked directly in front of them and she may well have if she had to come out of the conservatory to speak to them or get a drink. Either way she is always courteous to visitors and smokes away from rooms . Very sorry Its disgusting customer service. We will find another cleaner who isn't affected by a pensioners habits. Strangely your other reviews are from a woman with loads of pets and a very scruffy house by her own admission and your girls go there OK. My mum was told by the 2 first girls she had a beautuful house so none of this adds up. Rant over. Dont bother responding to this review . I tried to speak with you on the phone and your cold approach and lack of compassion was overwelming. I suggest you make it clear on your website that you do not attend smokers households and should have made that clear when I first hired you. My mum is very upset .
