Just bought a flat in Brighton town centre through Brand Vaughan , they are very helpful specially Holly Davis she is amazing, after having a very hard time with the solicitors without her efforts I really could pulled off the buying. Answer every email and phone call so quick basically she is brilliant.And I recommend Brand Vaughan Kemptown.

I had a great experience with Brand Vaughan selling my home, with the pleasure of Kieran Murray as my Sale Negotiator, who kept me informed at all times after each viewing, until he found me a great buyer, whom I now have a great ongoing relationship with. The whole process was made extremely stress free as Kieran couldn't do enough for us. I can't thank him enough, and would recommend him to anyone who wants a premium service. 10/10

Having bought my property from Brand Vaughan c. 8 years ago, it was a no brainer to appoint them to sell the property again. They valued the property higher than local competitors, requested a very fair commission rate and they exceeded my expectations on the offers I received. Although there was a frustrating legal negotiation, the agents and sales progressors were pro-active and attentive throughout this process. Would highly recommend.

I sold my house on Queens Park Terrace through Brand Vaughan Kemptown in 2023. My experience of this office beyond my expectations and I was particularly impressed by Kieran who not only sold my house, but also recommended me a new one in another area, and dealt with a number of tricky negotiations calmly, with integrity and respect for my family situation (and very kind to the cat!). The process was long and we were in a 4 house chain, but Kieran kept in touch all the way through.I would add that the marketing of my house was very good and professional. I was pleased with the price we achieved and with the way it all looked.Brand Vaughan in Kemptown is run in a rather different way to BV in Preston Park (in my experience).
