The spring in the door of our dishwasher broke, and as the dishwasher still worked we wanted to try and have fixed rather than having to replace. We contacted Dad's appliances and from the very beginning they couldn't have been more help. They offer a very reasonable fixed price repair plus parts. Jay was great, even though the dishwasher was more of a struggle to get out than anticipated. The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently, and Jay also had some good advise with regards to us asking about replacing an integrated tumble dryer. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dad's appliances and will definitely use them in future.

Took a tumble dryer to be repaired! I understand that he hasn't repaired and I'm not happy with the service when collecting my tumble dryer back it had dents on the side and badly scratched as charged me £45 for not really doing anything to it. So I would never recommend this company.

Cant fault DADS ! Very helpful and polite. Had a bit of a bad start with my new Hotpoint it had a problem . All sorted out thanks toJay . Happy with my Washing machine now. Would highly recommend DADS

Can't fault the service at Dads. An immediate response to my message even though it was a Sunday. The day my new dishwasher was delivered and due to be installed the guys saw that the pipe was split (thankfully or I'd have been in trouble when I used it.) A replacement pipe was ordered and the installation rescheduled. Fast, efficient service and very friendly people. My only downside is the actual machine. It doesn't seem to dry properly and the top basket is too low causing the washing arm to knock on plates and the cutlery in the bottom basket which has made it fall off occasionally. It doesn't look like it can be adjusted?? This doesn't take away the service from Dads, the above isn't their fault and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The punch line is that DADS gave us prompt, pleasant, professional & efficient service concerning our GE dishwasher. More specifically, I called him telling him that my dishwasher appeared to have a leak in the water supply line. He came in a day and diagnosed the leak in the …discharge line which is special. He came back with the right part in less than a day to finish the job. He discovered that a mouse had nested under the appliance and gnawed on the hose! He fixed the appliance, cleaned up the mess made by our uninvited guest and competed the job, very, very fast. A very pleasant experience!

Brought my blind friend Molly and her guide dog to the shop yesterday to choose a new gas cooker. Sophie was excellent and dealt with Molly kindly helping her to select the right model. An engineer called today to repair Molly’s cooker door, check it for safety etc. wonderful service, thank you so much.

We bought a new cooker from dad's in November this year we were given a very good service and friendly professional installation and removal of our old cooker. Great service like this is hard to nowadays.
