Cannot fault the support you get from EFS. My supervising social worker is so knowledgeable and helps me tremendously. It's not easy fostering, but EFS make it a whole lot easier and I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have only recently started fostering with EFS and although the process of being approved is quite daunting, we only have praise for how EFS have looked after us. They claim to be like a fostering family and they are. There is always someone friendly on the end of a phone when you need them and we’ve never felt alone. I searched around quite a bit before settling on EFS and we have found that they are very pragmatic in their approach and very open to making things work for people wanting to foster from all walks of life and with all different types of family situations. My supervising social worker is absolutely brilliant!

Our family was approved as foster carers in January. The approval process of completing the application and going to panel can be a daunting task but we were so well supported throughout.We have always found the EFS Social workers to be approachable and knowledgeable. As new carers we have been encouraged to attend a variety of training sessions which have really helped us feel prepared for our future as foster carers.We are confident that we have found the right agency to begin our fostering path.

We've been fostering for Eastern Fostering Services for 3 years and have been very well supported. Fostering isn't all plain sailing and there have been times we have needed additional help and support. We have been fostering with EFS for the past year. It has been a really positive experience. We have found out so much about each other over the past year and fostering has definitely bought us closer as a family. Fostering isn't always easy but EFS have been wonderful, the whole team offer support when it's needed most and our supervising social worker is amazing. We are so pleased we decided to Foster even though the it can be a little daunting at times we are proud that we made it through the process and it is so rewarding to give a child not only a home but the love and support they need to flourish.
