Had many reflexology treatments with Shelagh and the whole experience was wonderful.Can't help catching up with sleep during her foot massage. Not only each individual session leaves you very relaxed, refreshed and in a good state of mind, but after a few sessions, my back felt better (which was the initial reason for seeing her in the 1st place).I can't recommend her enough!

I have had many massages over the years with different therapists and rate Shelagh as one of the best. I have the Hot Stone & Swedish Back, Shoulder, Neck and Head Massage. The combination of Hot Stone and Swedish Massage is brilliant. Shelagh has a lovely personality and has a beautiful room in her home in Badwell Ash specifically set up for her treatments. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience from very first appointment, felt very at ease and able to share ailments and reason for massage.Have fortnightly hot stone massage and it is the best I've ever had (have had a few at spa days and regular masseuse) would definitely recommend.

Shelagh's beautiful energy makes the serene holistic facial amazing. I've seen Shelagh a few times now in her tranquil treatment room for this incredible treatment. I highly recommend to busy women who need to nurture and recharge. Shelagh creates the best experience and is intuitive to what healing you need at each session.

Can't recommend Shelagh more highly. The Hot Stone massage is amazing, taking away aches and pains, relaxing muscles and joints. Shelagh puts you into such a calm atmosphere that day to day toils totally drift away to the point of dropping off to sleep. The therapy room is always lovely and warm and in the cold winter months you are wrapped in warmed towels, heaven. Wouldn't miss my monthly visit to Shelaghs oasis of calm for anything

My mum and I had the Hot Stone & Swedish Back, Shoulder, Neck and Head Massage. It was very relaxing and Shelagh was lovely!! Her space was very tranquil and I felt relaxed even whilst I waited for my massage. 5* - thanks Shelagh!!
