I have bought earrings before but had never used the website until last week. Everything I own from this wonderful company have been absolutely beautiful. Items arrive quickly, carefully packaged and it feels wrapped with a little bit of love! Will be buying more for gifts and thankyou for making me smile when my jewellery arrived today.

Ordered the blush pearl drop earrings and they arrived extremely quickly in beautiful packaging, with clearly a lot of care and thought put in. Loved the earrings, however, would recommend using rubber backs/stoppers as sadly lost one the first time of wearing them. Perhaps the beading is too heavy for the wire as noticed my right earring was falling halfway out my ear and went to check the other one but it had already fallen out :( I had pinched the ends closer together after putting them in as well so sad to have lost it. Would consider ordering again from here in the future though.EDIT: a replacement was received the next day - great service and I have now worn them again :)

I have long loved Carrie Elspeth jewellery and have had occasion recently to request some specially made Guardian Angel bracelets.I was lost when not wearing mine as I had given it to my brother who was going through a bad time,similarly, a friend of mine going through a rough time absolutely loves her bracelet.Customer service,especially Tirion and Vanessa have been particularly helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this wonderful company
