Jackie is everyone’s best friend in West Norwood, a true artist in hair colouring and amazing hairdresser. The hair salon is very clean, and it’s not very busy with people, Jackie takes in appointments and everyone seems to stick to them, makes the whole experience nice and you can have your time with Jackie to give you all tips and advice for your hair.

This was my first visit and I went in not knowing what was needed.Denise suggested a style I’d not had before that would suit my features and hair quality as well as some very good advice regarding the ongoing care (I’ve gone from straight to curly), products and vitamins that may be helpful in the short term.The price was a quarter of what I’ve paid before and I shall certainly be using Jackie Brown again.

Jackie is a brilliant hair cutter and stylist. I have given up on ever getting a decent haircut until I came to Jackie's. Her prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Jackie Brown hair and beauty for over a year after being recommended by my cousin.My hair has never been in such good condition, Jackie knows my hair really well now to the point she'll tell me if anything has changed as my hair has broken.Jackie will only cut my hair when needed, not be scissor happy like some salons. The prices are so reasonable. I love getting my hair done by Jackie!!

I have been coming here since 2010, and although I now live 45 mins from here, I will keep coming back because I don'd trust anyone else with my hair. Jackie REALLY knows how to cut mixed race hair and I always leave feeling like a million pounds. Highly recommended!
