After years and years of loyal custom I was treated appallingly today at Mike Hursts Garage. Customer service was non existent!!! I sent a fully functioning car in for a service and the next day smoke started billowing out of it on Leasowe Road. I had two sleeping babies in the back of the car as another motorist alerted me to the smoke thinking the car was on fire. Very frightening experience indeed. Dave at Mike Hurst confirmed, whilst doing the service, they had accidentally damaged the filter gasket. There was no apology to me, no compensation for all the inconvenience of being without my car for two days whilst they repaired the damage and even worse the man said, very abruptly, my car breaking down was a massive inconvenience to him!!! Go figure!!!Came away so angry I'll never go near MIKE HURSTS GARAGE again.

Been using him now for about 3years and all the work that has been done I can't fault. Would recommend him to everyone.

Highly recommend using Mike Hurst garage. I moved to the area in 2022 and have to say they have been absolutely brilliant. Very honest people and always sort out any issues I have had with the car, very quick and again I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, great garage honest and friendly mechanics

I’ve been having my MOT and service for around ten years at Mike Hurst Motors. Always reliable and helpful in an emergency, it’s one of those places everyone local uses and you feel as if you’re part of the place. Dave at MHM even had a replacement car for me when my old one failed its test spectacularly, and on another occasion came out when my battery went and got my car started again (and refused payment!). Reasonably priced and trustworthy.

Took my car to Mike Hurst motors for a brake noise.The service from them was excellent.They kept me informed on what the car required, and carried out the repairs quickly.Very reasonable cost.Five stars all the way.Couldn't be happier, would recommend these guys every time.

These guys do a great job, do their very best to squeeze you in when their busy, and never try to find work on your car that doesn't need doing. I've been using them for four years and couldn't be happier with the service they provide.
