My aunt lived here, suffering from dementia, for four years before passing away peacefully. The staff were always very helpful and kind and willing to discuss issues. I would recommend it unreservedly

I just want to say what a wonderful care home.We are so thankful for all the staff and their incredible hard work with looking after my grandmother at this difficult time.I can see that previous reviews here have been really harsh on the staff and if the only bad thing they can say is that they're not all white" or "British" then shame on them.The staff at this place all work incredibly hard and are fantastic with the level of care they give their residents and patients especially under such difficult circumstances.The care home itself is kept clean

Make sure to remove loved one’s jewellery my 92yr old grandmothers weeding ring was lost in here she had never left the home to loose it anywhere else and it would of been of great sentimental value to our family the issue of where it could be in the home was raised but they weren’t interested!

Very nice and peacful place to be for the elderly. Staff always competent and respectful. My friends mother stays there. She is always happy.

Staff do everything they can for the residents, you can't ask for more than that.

Suitable for Home if clients with Dementia are multilingual, in order to understand care delivery . Ofrom courise degrees of dementia bring confusion and distress , and not finding that someone to talk to , and understand , means unnecessary frustration and angry .Poor environment , stains on chairs , and no say or choice for how clients want their home to be run.Constant new foreign faces who don't understand the culture, or desire to live out their lives in comfort and in piecentral.If your from overseas this is the right place to leave a loved one .Too much animosity amongst staff .
