I had a very good experience when buying a reconditioned washing machine. The salesman in the shop was very polite and helpful and made a good choice for me. The delivery was prompt and fitted, and was working in no time at all. Five stars for them all.

It is a sign of a good business when a problem is sorted quickly. The engineers came out 3 times to try and fix my freezer but realised the problem was terminal and very promptly refunded the money with good grave. Thanks and the oven bought previously is working well

IT WILL NOT ALLOW NO STARS OR MINUS!!I am a retired police detective and I deal only in fact not fiction.I have one piece of advice STAY AWAY FROM THESE WALKING DISASTERS.!!They are to washing machines what the Chuckle Brothers were to comedy except the Chuckle Brothers were funny!One of the first things they surprisingly disclosed was that the accompanying mate of Mel's (boss) had just been banned from driving having tested positive for cannabis.They are truly unprofessional and I was soon aware that they were clueless in every aspect of the job.My kitchen was flooded for the second time after they returned the machine stating it was fixed!I then went into the shop in Bohemia Rd and was abused and shouted at by Mel, Daddy Chuckle and his aggressive son. I was pushed out of the shop trapping my foot in the doorway causing me to fall to the ground( I am 74 years old.)They never did fix my washing machine!Being suspicious of them I paid on my credit card and I have now cancelled payment. I advise you all to do the same if you are unfortunate enough to meet these characters.The next engineer, 'Ben Smith' Appliances fixed it immediately and was pleasant proving their incompetence.So IF you want to be robbed and duffed-up at the same time, go to Wash-Tec!It's a pity Rogue Traders is not on TV now!!You have been warned!!

All of the 3 staff that I spoke to were amazing! Having three kids I called them on the day it broke, they came and fixed it on site that day by 5pm on a Friday. They were polite, courteous, hard working and thorough. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Booked in to have our washing machine fixed. Took time off work to be in. No show. Called multiple times but went to answer machine, left a message. No response. It’s really not that hard to send a text or phone call to cancel rather than just not show up. I wouldn’t bother with this company, just time wasters. I will be telling everyone to steer clear of this company.

I'm so happy with my new cooker and washing machine , fantastic quality and condition.The delivery and installation staff were both professional and friendly.

I needed a temporary clothes washer and under counter fridge before carrying out major renovations. Ben was knowledgeable and took his time explaining the options and helped me choose. Delivery occurred when promised and they even reversed the fridge door when requested on the day. He and his colleague were friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone on a tight budget or needing some temporary appliances. Thanks!

Don't waste your time or money with this company my daughter got a washing machine which went faulty they agreed to come fix a man came out said needed new part and now they don't even answer the phone this has been ongoing for over 2 months and if you get hold of anyone on phone all you get is excuses saying someone will be there Monday and lo and behold no one ever turns up. My advice is go elsewhere as this Company don't care about there customer
