Ready Steady Bounce

Ready steady bounce has a good selection of bouncy castles and soft play equipment to choose from. The equipment is clean and size is great for a children's party. We even got a little discount!The only downside to this company is the communication. It takes effort to contact them and there's only one mobile number associated to the company. I chased them up the day before my event to ensure everything is going as planned and asked them to be at the event venue on time. Unfortunately they came late. However, the set up team were so lovely and got the job done quickly. They also came back at the time promised and took everything back.

Amazing service. The booking process was straightforward and the delivery and collection team were excellent. The bouncy castle was really neat and great fun for kids and adults with lights and music. Would definitely recommend! Thanks a lot!

I booked them for my son’s 3rd birthday party and they never turned up. I booked a bouncy castle and soft play / ball pit TWO months in advance, received a confirmation email, confirmed twice the week of the party (spoke to the man who answered the phone both times), and they ghosted me on the day. They say they are open 24/7 so I rang - and rang (about 30 times) - left two messages and sent an email and heard nothing. I was in tears by the end just before the kids were arriving. Imagine yourself with a bunch of kids coming to a party thinking they will get a bouncy house and having to pivot on the fly. Ready Steady Bounce ruined my son’s birthday. What kind of business behaves in such a way? Looks like they have some good reviews (that’s why I booked with them), though I now question if these are even real. My suggestion- look elsewhere, it’s not worth the risk to book with them.

This company is an absolute joke. I booked a castle in May for my daughter’s birthday party in July. The week of the party I tried calling them to check things over. No answer. I phoned numerous times. I phoned other companies as I was now concerned my daughter would be let down. They had been contacted before as other customers had been let down. Finally I got through via WhatsApp they still refused to answer the phone. They don’t care

Did not show up for our booking and ruined a children’s birthday party. Absolutely disgusted they do this to children. Please scroll through the reviews before booking, it’s clear they have zero customer service. I called up another company and they mentioned this one without having to even say it out loud. You have been warned!!!!!!

The guy who came to pick the bouncy castle up was 1 and a half hours late. We had to stay an hour after the venue had closed before everything was packed away and we could leave. We had no phone call to say he was running late we waiting around 40 minutes before we had to call him and got told he would be another 50 minutes. This is really unacceptable to be 1 hour 30 minutes late with no call on the company's behalf. The bouncy castle itself also had holes and the soft play was missing a couple items. I will be avoiding using this company again.

I’d just like to leave a review on the absolute amazing service provided today, apart from the minor hiccup you guys really pulled through for me and my family! Even with the sizes of the castle going wrong on my end you guys still managed to pull through with a smashing bounce and slide that fit my needs, also reassuring me that everything was going to be ok! . I absolutely could not have been more greatful to your whole team! Your set up team were so kind, polite and very informative every step of the way! Will definitely be using your services again! Couldn’t have had a better day without you guys! Thank you!! ❤️

Used this company again as before I had no problems. This time however was different. Firstly they gave me a different bouncy castle to the one I ordered which was initially annoying but I got over it as the one they sent instead wasn’t bad. My event was in a community hall so I needed it to be collected on time which was 5pm I had the hall till 6pm. It got to 5:45 and no one had arrived. When I called them they basically took a “what do you want me to do about it “ approach as apparently their van broke down. They didn’t contact me to let me know that prior to me calling and instead told me that there no way they can collect it. No apology no nothing. Just a not my problem. Luckily we had the best caretaker who understood and said to give them his number and they can collect it at night time and it did mot affect my deposit. But so not reliable. Will not be using them again.

we was booked for come on Sunday with a bounce castle they didn’t show up. Ruined the party of my kids. Horrible people.. what heart you have guys for don’t show up .just ignore my calls .. never use them because you end up to broke the heart of the kids also the party … never recommended to use them for any party
