Fantastic facility. All staff therapy staff physio occupational therapy staff brilliant. Thank you to the carers,domestic staff, chefs for looking after me so well and getting me home. Once again thank you.

Nurse's are lovely,the building is dated,and there is no coffee/drinks machine for visitors,you need to bring your own tea,coffee,milk,sugar,they will let you use a kettle

Mum had to go in as she broke her foot and was in plaster and couldn't manage at home, they really looked after her a good place for respite

Resident for 2 months ending December 2022. Thoughtful caring staff, good food, very clean and well kept.We need more recuperating places like this.

Lovely CHCP rehabilitation centre, has very caring and friendly staff who will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Simple NHS breakfasts are served followed by cold/cooked lunches and evening meals all with a vegetarian option, assistance with eating given as required. Physio's are on hand in the morning and afternoon, who take great care to ensure you're not asked to do more than you are capable of as they try to help you get back to your old self again. I spent 6 nights in the facility, before being moved on by CHCP to Sunshine House.

My mum had broken her ankle and spent approximately 8 weeks in Highfield to help with her rehabilitation. The care she received was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou!

My mum was in Highfield for nearly 4 weeks. I had to fight to get a window visit my mum as dementia was anxious tearful fretting to commit suicide . She had a dirty top on for 4 days in a row. Someone else's clothes on . She was kept in her room 24 /7. She as come home now with a bed sore know one told us about. I found the all time of her been in Highfield horrific
